Hoops For Hope

On Wednesday, February 12th, Charlevoix Middle/High School will be hosting a Bone Cancer Fundraiser event during the girls’ middle school basketball games with East Jordan. All proceeds from “Hoops for Hope” will benefit Kiara Darling, a 7th grade student who is battling Bone Cancer. She now travels to the University of Michigan every other week for extensive treatments. The travel and expenses are very tough on the family so it is our endeavor to help out in her successful journey on her road to a full recovery.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

1. T-shirt sponsor: $30 Name of company/organization/family, logo (optional, please submit artwork)
2. Banner sponsor: $15 Name of company/organization/family (This will be displayed in the gym)
3. Program sponsor: $5 Name of company/organization/family, Brief message (optional)
4. Silent Auction sponsor: Donate items, packages, gift baskets, etc. that will be auctioned at the game

FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES

1. Sale of T-shirts for $12 (Youth small to Adult X-Large) and $15 (Adult XX-Large) SEE ORDER FORM
• *To get these printed in time, this is a very tight deadline of Monday, January 27th
• We will order a limited amount of extras to sell at the game as well
2. Half-court shots for $2.00 Purchase tickets at the door.
3. Donation canisters
4. All gate monies will be donated to the cause

Anyone who would have the time to help out in any way, I would greatly appreciate it. Please let me know as soon as possible. Together, we can make this a successful event!
